The Executive Board is elected by the General Assembly and serves a four-year mandate on a voluntary, unpaid basis.
Chairs the Executive Board and represents the association legally.
Coordinates programme delivery and partner institutions.
Maintains the member registry, minutes, and public document archive.
Manages the budget and prepares the annual financial statement.
Independently reviews finances and compliance with the statute.
Directs field trials, workshop curricula, and certification support.
Non-profit compliance statement
The association is non-governmental, non-partisan, and non-religious. It does not distribute profit, does not campaign for political office, and does not condition access to its programmes on membership fees. Financial records are kept in accordance with the accounting regulations of Bosnia & Herzegovina and are subject to annual internal review by the Supervisory Board. Personal data of members and beneficiaries is processed strictly for programme administration.
