1. Acceptance
By using this website or taking part in our programmes, you agree to these terms and to the association's statute and internal rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the resources described here.
2. Membership
Membership is open to fruit growers, vegetable producers, agricultural professionals, and supporters of rural development in Eastern Herzegovina. Members are expected to act honestly toward other members, to provide accurate information in their membership record, and to respect decisions of the General Assembly.
Membership may be suspended or terminated by the Executive Board for serious breaches of the statute, misuse of shared equipment, or conduct that harms the reputation of the association. A member may appeal to the General Assembly.
3. Events, workshops, and field days
Attendees must follow all safety instructions given by trainers and hosts, especially in fields where machinery, irrigation systems, or plant-protection products are in use. The association is not liable for injury or loss resulting from failure to follow those instructions.
Registration for limited-capacity activities is confirmed in the order received; places may be reallocated if a participant does not attend without notice.
4. Shared equipment and resources
Equipment made available through the cooperative sharing network remains the property of the association or the lending member. Users must return items on the agreed date, clean and in working order, and report damage immediately. Repair costs caused by negligent use are borne by the user.
5. Digital resources and content
Guides, presentations, crop calendars, and reports published by the association may be downloaded and shared for non-commercial educational use with attribution. Resale, or use that implies endorsement of a commercial product, is not permitted.
Agronomic guidance is general in nature and reflects good practice in our region; it does not replace on-site professional advice for an individual holding.
6. Acceptable use of this website
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false membership or contact information, upload harmful code, or use the contact form for unsolicited commercial messages.
7. Donations and funds
Donations support programme delivery. As a non-profit association, no part of our income is distributed to members, founders, or board officers. Restricted donations are used only for the purpose agreed with the donor.
8. Limitation of liability
The association provides its resources in good faith and without warranty of a particular agricultural result. Liability is limited to what cannot be excluded under the law of Bosnia & Herzegovina.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia & Herzegovina. Disputes are resolved first through mediation by the Supervisory Board, and thereafter before the competent court.
